Lent
During the season of Lent, the Church calls us to be more intentional about doing good works. One easy act of kindness we can all participate in is making a weekly contribution to our basket for the food bank. Peanut butter, canned tuna, macaroni and cheese, are all easy staples, but all non-perishable items are needed.

Confirmation Classes to Begin Soon
Confirmation classes will be held during the season of Lent. Youth and Adults interested in receiving the Sacrament of Confirmation, and adults who have been confirmed in either the Roman Catholic Church, an Orthodox Church, the ELCA, or the Moravian Church- and would like to become a member of the Episcopal Church by being received by the bishop with the laying on of hands, should plan to attend these classes. Dates will be forthcoming.
The Bishop has not set a date to visit St. Martin's. You may get confirmed at St. Martin's when she visits (possibly late in 2024 or 2025) or you may get confirmed at the Diocesan Confirmation at the Cathedral in the Fall.
