Quilt Show at First United Methodist Church of Belton

Do you like quilts? Do you find the intricate details exciting? Do you enjoy antiques? Learning the history of the items displayed? Hearing the stories of love and care woven into each stitch? Maybe you would like to learn a little more about quilting and, possibly, taking a lesson or two... or twenty?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, then this is the place for you! We will have hundreds of quilts, some new, some hundreds of years old, each with its own unique story, all displayed for your enjoyment.

Have you always wanted to try throwing clay on a pottery wheel? This is the perfect chance to learn the basics and take home your very own hand-thrown cup, bowl or vessel!

Class fee includes an hour and a half of small group hands-on instruction, clay, glazes, and kiln firing for 1 finished piece. 

We are excited to bring the International Female Rider Day - Group Ride to Temple, Texas, on Saturday, May 4th.

Mari's ride will leave Temple around 3 p.m. and tour some windy roads, ending at the historic Georgetown Square. A list of Women-Owned businesses will be provided, all within walking distance for the riders to eat, drink, and visit.

We appreciate the importance of this incredible event. The event here in Temple will be sponsored by Indian Motorcycle and will feature three of their world-famous Brand Ambassadors.
