Welcome to the team!

As of May 1st, NBSO Texas welcomes its new Chief Representative, Baukje Kothuis. She is a design anthropologist, focusing on flood risk reduction structures & strategies, with vast experience in multidisciplinary collaboration projects with academia, government, business, and industry. Baukje is currently in the Netherlands and will move to Houston in late summer to continue her full-time role with the NBSO Texas.

Organized by NBSO Texas, the Consulate General of the Netherlands in Miami, Creative Holland, and the Dutch diplomatic network in the US, 12 selected Dutch startups and scale-ups participated in the first Pitch & Connect the event to Austin, Texas.
