2023 Impact Report

A Message from our Executive Director

I am excited to share IAM’s 2023 Impact Report with you. Please take a close look at the impactful story it tells. One in eleven households in Henderson County accessed one or more of our services in 2023 – crises that send children, the elderly, and our most vulnerable neighbors to bed hungry, cold and stressed.

IAM is profoundly thankful for your support. When you give back to IAM, you are giving to a responsible, local good steward of your hard-earned resources. Please consider making a gift today and thank you for caring about the less fortunate.

Blessings,

Elizabeth Willson Moss

Our neighbors in need continue to face mounting challenges that threaten the health, stability, and happiness of individuals and families in Henderson County.

Grocery prices have never been higher. Rents in Henderson County are the second highest in our state. The cost of transportation, utilities, and medications can have devastating consequences for neighbors who live a single paycheck away from financial crisis.

Fortunately, with your help, IAM is able to address many of these dire needs of our community’s most underserved residents.

Honor your mother by helping mothers in need in Henderson County

This Mother’s Day, honor that special someone in your life who nurtured and cared for you by giving a gift in their honor or memory to IAM Crisis Services. What better way to show your gratitude for the woman who cared for and loved you than by giving a gift of support to others in need?

Your chosen honoree will receive a special Mother’s Day card in the mail from IAM informing them of your compassionate gift that will provide vital support to other mothers in need in Henderson County. Memorial gifts will be listed on our website and shared with you on Mother’s Day. You may also chose not to be listed.

Your mother cared for and nurtured you. She, more than anybody, would appreciate your compassionate gift to help other mothers enduring difficult circumstances.
