Engineering Change

Alyson Kim, a Ph.D. candidate in civil engineering, co-led an innovative course designed to cultivate engineers who are as proficient in public engagement and sustainability as they are in design and construction. Support from PSE’s Public Scholars for the Future program played a pivotal role, from establishing connections with a community partner to Kim’s personal growth as an educator.
