FunFest Silent Auction
St Catharine Parish is preparing for our 29th annual fundraising event, the “FunFest”, to be held on our parish grounds June 9th, 10th and 11th. A huge part of this event is our silent auction,
and the proceeds benefit our parish, school students, and community members in need.
We rely on the generosity of local businesses to make this event a success, and are greatly appreciative of any item, gift card, or service they can provide.
In addition to helping raise money for such a great cause, the auction is a great way to get additional exposure for your business as hundreds of locals will be in attendance. Your business name will be displayed with your donated item, used on marketing and
social media to create buzz for the event, and we welcome any business cards or flyers you wish to display.
IF you would like more information on making a personal or business donation, please contact Elyse Salisbury at ehueckel@gmail.com
School News
Thank You from the 8th Grade
Without this community, the 8th grade Washington DC trip would not have been possible. Thank you for supporting us and for giving us this experience before we move to a whole different life in high school. Through this trip, we grew as a class, saw the things we have spent social studies studying, learned more about independence, respect and maturity, and had such a fun time. We were able to see the Marine Corps Memorial, Arlington Cemetery, Tomb of the Unknown Soldier and the Changing of the Guards, Thomas Jefferson Memorial, FDR Memorial, MLK Jr. Memorial, the White House, The Basilica of the National Shrine of Our Lady of Immaculate Conception, the Smithsonian, the Vietnam Memorial, the Korean Memorial, Lincoln Memorial, and Mount Vernon. The love from this community is oftentimes overwhelming, in the very best ways, and we truly thank God for it. Thank you for being a part of our St. Catharine journey!
Love, Miss Logan and the 8th grade class

7th & 8th graders are welcome to sign up to help also!
Curbside Pickup
Date: Saturday, May 14
Time: 9am-noon
Please come prepared to pick up all items ordered in your children's names.  Do not send individuals who ordered from your child to pick up their own items.  You are responsible for safely distributing all orders to those who made purchases.

We will be conducting pick up in the side parking lot between the gym and the athletic fields. We will be pulling orders 2 cars at a time. Please be patient as we gather orders and double check for accuracy before loading cars.

All orders must be picked up by noon. Any items that are not retrieved by the cutoff will be donated to a local nursing home.

As always, thank you for supporting St. Catharine Home and School.

It is now time to start sending in your used uniforms for our Last Day of School Uniform Swap. Our Uniform Swap will be on the last day of school (June 3) immediately after school dismissal.

Thank you!!
Volunteers are an invaluable group of individuals who provide a sense of community for the many parish and school activities at St. Catharine. It is the expectation of the St. Catharine Advisory Board that each parish family fulfills their obligation to actively support and participate in the parish and school. In addition, it is expected that parents volunteer their time and talent in helping with church and school-sponsored activities and programs. Such involvement is not only necessary for financial stability, but parents can provide a valuable service to the school and to the children by their dedication and support. In order that tuition rates may be kept at a reasonable level, parents are asked to volunteer for a minimum of 50 hours. per family
