Contractors have been performing paving activities along northbound and southbound SR-55 to accommodate the freeway improvements. Along the project’s 4-mile corridor, crews completed paving the two outside lanes as well as the shoulder along both directions of SR-55 between MacArthur Boulevard and Dyer Road. Over the next several months, crews will continue to advance towards the north part of the project.
This work is being done behind temporary concrete barriers to keep crews safe. We encourage motorists to help take part in keeping everyone safe by obeying all construction signs and reduced speed signs.
