Weigh-ins will be done by:
- The platform you are scheduled to compete on;
- The flight you are scheduled to compete in;
- Lot #
Lot# are posted on the wall outside of the weigh-in room prior to the start of each sessions weigh in.
Please pay attention to where your lot number is in relation to your flight. If you are not present when your lot# (name) is called, the rules state you go to the end of the line and will wait until the other lifters have an opportunity to weigh-in.

You will need to have:
- Photo ID (If Teen/High School, birth certificate or school ID acceptable)
- Opening attempts in kilos. If you are used to using pounds, you must round your attempt to the nearest 2.5kgs. For example, if you want a 130lb bench, you must select the closest kilo which will be either 57.5kg or 60kg.
- Rack Heights and equipment check must be completed prior to weighing in.
Only one [1] person may accompany you through equipment check due to space limitations in the room.
