In March, ALI advanced a discussion on what a potential environmental goods and services agreement could look like, and the benefits of such an agreement to the U.S. economy and to global efforts to mitigate climate change.

In March, ALI was pleased to host Assistant USTR for Services and Investments Ken Schagrin for a robust discussion on digital trade and the IPEF negotiations. Participants talked about the challenges of negotiating a digital trade agreement, political dynamics of digital trade and agreed on the critical role of the U.S. government in creating global rules that embody values of democracy.
