Can Your Student Loans Now Be Forgiven?
If you work or have worked in public service, recent and temporary changes to Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) could be the relief you’re looking for.

For the next six months, more people may be eligible for student loan forgiveness. Even if you were deemed ineligible before, it might be worth it to take another look at the revised requirements!

Because these changes are temporary, check sooner rather than later by visiting the ISAC website.

And here’s another important update for you. The pause on student loan repayment is coming to a close. President Biden has yet to make an announcement regarding another extension, so as of right now, student loan repayments are to resume on schedule, May 1, 2022.

The report emphasizes that solutions must be systemic and holistic, including a need for improved public policies and more effective and meaningful working relationships between domestic violence and workforce development organizations to better meet, understand, and advocate for the diverse needs of survivors.
