Acts 13:2-3… “As they ministered to the Lord and fasted, the Holy Spirit said, “Now separate to Me Barnabas and Saul for the work to which I have called them.” Then, having fasted and prayed, and laid hands on them, they sent them away.”
It is always a joy to be in the House of the Lord. On Sunday, I was honored and blessed to the attend and preach at the Tri-Rivers Baptist Area Ordination Service of four Hispanic Men of God called into the Gospel Ministry. I want to thank Bob Evaul (Tri-Rivers Hispanic Consultant) for interpreting and leading out. It was a wonderful occasion for all who attended, hosted by Iglesia Bautista Hispana in Gatesville. Those ordained were Joel Ochoa, Ezequiel Casas, Jose Mejia and Edgardo Matos.
Sunday Morning I was honored to worship, sing, and preach at Littleville Baptist Church. Each week brings new opportunities to serve our area churches to strengthen and encourage them as they serve their communities. This past week, I met with some area ministers, attended the Latham Springs Encampment Board Meeting, while hosting and assisting at the Annual Tri-Rivers Baptist Area Women’s Conference hosted at the Tri-Rivers Retreat Center.
This week, we will be assisting churches in the areas of sound and audio, leading worship at the Revival Services of FBC Oglesby, visiting with some area ministers and ministry partners, attending the Lampasas Association Youth Rally hosted by Adamsville Baptist Church, attending the Burnet/Llano Baptist Association Men’s Breakfast hosted by Spicewood Baptist Church, preparing the Tri-Rivers Retreat Center for a Boys Weekend Retreat and on Sunday I am honored to preach at FBC Granite Shoals, followed by attending the Lampasas Baptist Association Pastor/Leader Meeting hosted by Northside Baptist Church and then I will head over to FBC Lampasas to hear their children choir perform and then I will attend Fairy Baptist Church in the evening as they prepare for VBS.
It is our joy to serve all our area churches in meeting the various needs of the church and its leadership. We are honored to be serving each church as we together serve our Lord in sharing the message of Salvation to each community. Your faithful financial support allows every church to have their ministry needs met so they can be more effective in reaching their community for the Lord. We are all One Church located in over 100 Locations serving and working Together in Ministry and in our Calling to deliver the Message of Christ Love to all.
Please reach out to us with your ministry needs as we are available to serve you 24/7. We are a “Brotherhood of Churches”.

Thursday, I attended the Latham Springs Baptist Encampment Board Meeting and prepared the Tri-Rivers Retreat Center for the Tri-Rivers Women's Conference. Saturday, my wife and I hosted Hungry House Worship Night at our home.
This coming Sunday, I will be assisting a church with sound and streaming needs. Monday - Wednesday, Richard and I will be leading worship for FBC Oglesby's Revival. Wednesday, I will be leading a bible study at Fairy Baptist Church. Thursday, I will be leading a rehearsal for a youth event. Friday, I will be leading worship for Lampasas Baptist Association's Youth Rally hosted by Adamsville Baptist Church.

In March I had the privilege of meeting with the Hispanic pastors of Tri-Rivers Association at the Iglesia Bautista Hispana in Gatesville. The pastors that attended were Humberto Garcia from Stephenville, Francisco Reza from Lampasas, Ezekiel Casas and Joel Solorzano from Gatesville, Pastor Navarrete, his wife and deacon Mario Mejía from Lometa. The purpose of the meeting was to make plans for the Fellowship and Ordination Sunday Service that will take place the last Sunday of April at 4:00 at the Iglesia Bautista
Hispana in Gatesville. This was an important meeting for us because we planned a pastor ordination service for 3 Hispanic pastors of this association during that service, Ezekiel, Joel and Mario.
For the time being, the Hispanic churches of Tri-Rivers have only two ordained pastor, Francisco and Humberto, even though Ezekiel has been pastoring the church in Gatesville for some time. Joel has been leading the church mission in Gatesville and will not only be ordained this month, but will be assessed in May for the Hispanic Church Planting team of NAMB. Mario has been filling in at the church in Lometa and once he is ordained will be able to supply for any of the Hispanic churches in our association. So this will be a special service where we more than double the amount of ordained Hispanic pastors in our association. What will make it even more special is that our preacher for the Fellowship Sunday Service will be our own DOM, Richard Ray. We will be having the pastor’s council meeting to question the candidates on Sunday the 21st at 4:00 pm. Also at the Iglesia Bautista Hispana. Any pastors of our association that would like to take part in the council meeting as well as the Ordination Service, you are more than welcome. You don’t have to worry about the language, we can translate for you. Please join us if you can.

Hello, I'd like to share about our ministry so that congregations will know what we do and where to send those who need our help. We serve Coryell, Hamilton, Bosque, Lampasas, Bell, & McLennan counties.
I am willing to meet with pastors, elders, mission teams, or congregations. I can do a quick 5 minute spill or I can do an entire testimony. I'd also be willing to share a song or two if needed. I'm completely willing to accommodate whatever the churches needs are.
