Dear Community,

Last week we had so much fun seeing all of the kids and pets in adorable, creative costumes. In case you missed it, make sure to check out our Facebook Page for a photo album of some of our favorites from the day.

This week, we are so excited to welcome back two long-time Vendors who have been on medical leave, introduce our new lemonade Vendor, and feature two great local non-profits who support the performing arts.

We're also delighted to share our upcoming Holiday Night Market with you all!
With the Market being closed on Christmas (December 25) and New Years Day (January 1) we wanted to do something unique to give our Vendors and Customers one extra special Sarasota Farmers Market experience of 2021. Read on to learn more and help us get the word out by RSVPing and sharing on Facebook.

Urbanite Theatre & WSLR+Fogartyville
Urbanite Theatre was founded in 2015 by two graduates of the FSU/Asolo Rep Conservatory for Actor Training who joined forces to bring the Sarasota community a unique black box theatre experience.

Urbanite produces predominantly new plays with small casts to amplify upcoming theatre artists while creating an immersive artistic experience in its intimate space of only 75 seats. Urbanite is located downtown on 2nd Street (across from Whole Foods) and tickets start at $20 each. Visit their booth and learn more about their upcoming events including their current production.

Urbanite Theatre will be on Lemon Avenue, south of Main Street (Space #27).
WSLR + Fogartyville is a center for creative expression and community engagement that amplifies the voices of our diverse community and promotes peace, sustainability, democracy, and economic and social justice.

WSLR 96.5 FM offers our community local news while also promoting (and playing) music by artists from around the area. Forgartyville is under the same roof on Kumquat Ave. and is Sarasota’s premier listening room for live concerts, arts and cultural events, educational events (and often utilized as a sponsored space for other community organizations!). Swing by their booth to hear about their current events including their annual Very Merry Jerry Day Festival.

WSLR + Fogartyville will be on Lemon Avenue, south of Main Street (Space #71).
Off this week: Kinsey's Produce
The Kinsey Family is on a rare vacation this week as they enjoy a relaxing family reunion in the Great Smoky Mountains.

But worry not - you can still get your fresh fruit and veggie fix via our other awesome local produce Vendors. Pick up organic vegetables from Worden Farm, exotic fruits grown locally from Simply Organix/Dairy Free Creamery, mushrooms from Fun Guy Mushrooms, and a variety of seasonal favorites from SWFL Produce.
