STAFFING NEWS!
During COVID we've had a number of staffing changes: we haven't seen our squad of shelvers or volunteers in a year, circulation staffers Jeannine, Chris, and Charlotte bowed out, Assistant Director Rob took a job in NH. The Library is pleased to announce our former Head of Circulation, Amy, has taken the position of Assistant Director, and we've welcomed Jane Wolff as our new Head of Circulation.
Jane comes to us from the Newbury Town Library in Byfield, where she worked for 7 years. Prior to that she was actually a Library Assistant here, she is thrilled to be returning to where she first discovered her love of circulation services. On a personal note, Jane loves reading, music and animals. During pre-COVID times she sang in two choirs. She and her 18 year old daughter live in Beverly with their dog, cat, and numerous exotic pets.
You'll need your Ham-Wen Library card for access. Our online subscription covers: VLIS Current Issue, Summary & Index, Selection & Opinion, VLIS Rank Changes, and Supplementary Reports.
Let us know how you like it, email our Head of Reference Sarah.
