  • Electric bikes, pedal-assist bikes, electric scooters and other motorized transportation devices are not permitted on roadways or leisure trails within Sea Pines.

  • Power-driven mobility devices are permitted for ADA use in the community.

Tower Beach Boardwalk Repair Scheduled for Monday, June 14
Boardwalk repair will be conducted at Tower Beach Monday, June 14, and may continue through Tuesday, June 15, as needed and weather permitting. Repair work will be on the section of the boardwalk that runs parallel to the ocean between the wash stations and the pavilion. While the work is underway, the pavilion can be accessed via the stairs. We ask that you please use caution and avoid the project area.  
Sea Pines CSA to Conduct Mosquito Treatment
Our next mosquito treatment will take place on Tuesday, June 22, during overnight hours, weather permitting. For questions regarding our mosquito treatment program, please contact our Maintenance Department by phone at 843.671.7849 or by email at csamaintenance@csaseapines.com

Important Reminders For Sea Pines Property Owners, Renters, and Guests

  • Please remember to store any/all miscellaneous items (beach items, bicycles, laundry items, household items, etc.) out of sight when not in use. 

  • Laundry items may not be hung on railings/balconies or any other location where visible from adjoining properties, a golf course, the beach or the street.

  • In consideration of neighbors, flood or bright exterior lights may not be left on for extended periods, and/or after 10:00 PM.
