We are so excited to host the first Annual Freedom Through Fitness event.
This year we honor our fallen soldiers with a "Freedom Through Fitness" event. The event features a family 1k/5k fun run/walk with optional workouts for all fitness levels.
Below are the details you will need for tomorrow's event.
Arrival: 7:30 am to 8:00 am for race check-in and T-Shirt pick up.
Start: The race will begin at 8:15 am.
Waiver: ALL participants must have a waiver on file.
There is no cost to join the events; however, all participants must register and sign a waiver. Bliss Coffee will have coffee, and breakfast items for purchase. The Association will have water bottles for sale. All proceeds will benefit "Weekends With Warriors."
