Louise Dudley
Portfolio Manager Global Equities, Federated Hermes
Louise joined the international business of Federated Hermes in March 2009 and leads the ESG and responsible investment research strategy within the Global Equities team. Building on her experience developing factor testing platforms and enhancing the factor modelling capabilities of the team’s systems, Louise has applied this comprehensive analysis to ESG applications. Having delivered research supporting the returns from ESG integration, this has led to the creation of innovative customised product solutions and tools fulfilling client needs. Louise originally joined the company as a member of the stewardship advisory business, EOS. Prior to this, she worked for Coca Cola in a financial accounting role having graduated with a Master’s degree in Engineering from the University of Durham. Louise holds the IMC and is a CFA charterholder. She is a board member of the UK Sustainable Investment & Finance Association and in 2017 was named one of Financial News' Rising Stars of Asset Management.
Lorena Dunne
Partner, Asset Management & Investment Funds, William Fry
Lorena is the London-resident Partner in William Fry's Asset Management & Investment Funds practice and Co-Head of the William Fry ESG & Sustainability Group. Lorena has extensive experience in advising a range of leading international asset managers on all matters connected with the establishment and ongoing operation of investment funds and management companies/AIFM in Ireland and has developed a particular expertise in the provision of advices relating to EU Sustainable Finance regulation. As Vice Chair of the Irish Funds ESG Policy, Legal and Regulatory Working Group, Lorena contributes on behalf of industry to engagement with the Central Bank of Ireland in relation to the regulatory process to be followed by over 6,000 funds to comply with the new EU Sustainable Finance regime. She is also a member of the Steering Committee of the newly formed Green Team Network, which aims to facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration around sustainability goals across companies within the Irish funds industry. Lorena holds a Masters in International (including Environmental and Human Rights) Law from the University of Cambridge and is a member of the 100 Women in Finance, Dublin founding and steering committee.
John Sadlier
Chief Sustainability Officer, Ardagh
John Sadlier is the Chief Sustainability Officer in the Ardagh Group. John, who also served as the Chief Procurement Officer of the company, is responsible for managing all aspects of Ardagh’s sustainability agenda. Prior to joining the Ardagh Group in 2007, John previously worked for Ricoh, Munekata Ireland, Dell and Microsoft Ireland Operations. He received an undergraduate degree and a graduate degree from University College Dublin.
Keith Tuffley
Global Co-Head of Sustainability & Corporate Transitions, Citi
Keith joined Citi in February 2019 to establish and lead the Sustainability & Corporate Transitions group. In this role, he leads Citi’s sustainability engagement with its corporate clients, supporting them with strategic and M&A advice, financing and capital markets solutions, and investor engagement, as they transition their businesses towards more sustainable models. As Global Co-Head of Sustainability & Corporate Transitions at Citi, Keith has advised clients on their corporate transitions, partnering with them in assessing the viability of new business models, analysing the impact of new processes and technologies, keeping track of evolving regulations, crafting effective investor messaging and helping forge vital collaborations across the full value-chain.
Louise O’Mara
Head of Corporate Banking Ireland, Citi
Louise is a Managing Director in Citi’s Banking, Capital Markets and Advisory division within Citi’s Institutional Client Group. She is Head of Citi’s Corporate Banking and Aviation businesses in Ireland. Louise provides regional leadership and governance for Citi’s client business in Ireland. In her role Louise leads and develops global relationships with Citi’s top tier clients in Ireland, originating a broad range of Corporate Finance transactions and providing tailored trusted advisory and financing solutions to support her client’s strategic and financial goals. Louise has raised over $80BN for her clients including a number of landmark transactions, notably Ireland’s largest IPO, largest Senior Debt issue, and inaugural Liability Management Trade by an Irish Bank. Louise is a Chartered Accountant and qualified with Arthur Andersen in 1996. She holds an honours degree in Law from University College Cork.
