Summer News
Not a lot to report for June at Strong Tower. It's a busy month with instructors taking some much needed vacation time so be sure to check the schedule in case your class is cancelled.

Natalie will be helping a few days during the week at the front desk this summer and Lisa is our evening receptionist most Tuesdays and Thursdays. So reach out to the if you need help with scheduling.

Green Bean Salad
Ingredients:

1lb Fresh cut green beans, 1 inch pieces
1/4c sweet onion, diced
1/4c feta cheese crumbles
1/4c pecan pieces, toasted
3-4 Tbsp olive oil
1-2 Tbsp rice wine vinegar
salt and pepper to taste
Optional: add cherry tomatoes, roasted broccoli, roasted asparagus or any other veggie you like.

Directions:
Blanch the green beans in boiling water for 2-5 minutes then submerge into ice water to stop the cooking process so you have crispy, fresh green beans.
Mix all ingredients together. Eat right away or refrigerate for 2hrs or overnight.
