As we reflect on the past month, it was an honor to celebrate the incredible contributions and achievements of the women within our JA organization. From our Circle of Wise Women members to our dedicated staff and esteemed board members, each woman has played a vital role in advancing our mission of empowering youth. This edition of "Inspiring Tomorrows" is dedicated to all of you.

We extend our gratitude to the JA Circle of Wise Women members for their unwavering commitment and exemplary leadership in advancing our mission. We acknowledge and celebrate the women on our staff, whose compassion and dedication to serving our community's youth make a profound impact every day. Your tireless efforts do not go unnoticed.

Additionally, we recognize our women board members, whose unique

perspectives and invaluable contributions help shape and guide our organization toward greater success. Your leadership is instrumental in driving positive change and innovation.

We're also proud to highlight two events held in March, Girls Rule and the JA Women in Trades Summit, part of our Pre-Apprenticeship program, which provided invaluable opportunities for young women.

We remain deeply committed to empowering and supporting women

and girls of all ages.

Unleashing the Power:

Female Leadership Reigns at JA

Girls Rule: Ignite Your Superpower electrified over 300 high school female students, empowering them to embrace their potential. Through workshops and keynote speeches, attendees absorbed wisdom from accomplished women leaders.

Their stories resonated, igniting sparks of ambition and resilience in every participant. This event marks a crucial step for these young women, equipped with the tools and inspiration to conquer their futures with confidence.

Reflecting on the recent JA Fellows Bootcamp, we're thrilled by the energy and enthusiasm of nearly 200 young entrepreneurs who joined us for an unforgettable experience. The event was a resounding success, thanks to the invaluable mentorship from The JA League - Men Teaming Up For Impact and the insightful contributions of guest presenters Marc Rosen, Marc Nudelberg and Anatasia Pavlinskaya Brenman. Special appreciation goes to Broward College Dean Jeffrey Guild and keynote speaker John F. Davis, Secretary of The Florida Lottery, for inspiring our future leaders.

Shaping Tomorrow's Leaders:

Women Inspire at Trades Summit

Students attending the JA Pre-Apprenticeship Program's Women In Trades Summit immersed themselves in the wisdom of impactful women in maritime, construction, telecommunications and energy industries. They were inspired thanks to insights from guest panelists Elena Fabra Estefan, Stephanie Ekunkonye, Dominique McNeil, Ana Rodriguez and Lori Wheeler.

Save the Date: JA Business Hall of Fame -- May 10th!

Join us on May 10th to honor exceptional local leaders at the JA Business Hall of Fame. Celebrating vision, excellence and community responsibility, this event promises inspiration and gratitude. Each year, JA inducts new laureates to the Hall of Fame, as well as awarding individuals with the Melissa Aiello Character Award and Huizenga Lifetime Legacy Award.
