JUNE 2022
What's Happening
  • Courtyard construction has begun! We've broken ground on the new Courtyard at the Library. This exciting new community space will include a huge patio, a fire pit, a stage, and lots of room for private work, social gatherings, and meetings large and small. Pardon the construction, as we work towards completion!
  • There's still time to order your Courtyard Paver! Click here to order online or stop by either Library to get the order form. Questions? Email Anne Marie here. Thank you!

  • We're going fine free! Starting June 7, our libraries will eliminate all overdue fines on most library materials and waive previous overdue fines. We're excited to improve access to our resources, especially for families in the community. More details to follow.

  • New Community Bulletin Board Do you have an event, program, or job posting you'd like to share with the community? The Library has a new bulletin space for creating connections. Please bring any event flyers to either library and leave for Jan Marc, our Program and Marketing Coordinator.

Veterans History Project
The Sedona Public Library is a participating partner in the Veterans History Project of the Library of Congress.

Veterans who served during a time of conflict and civilians who were actively engaged in supporting the war effort are urged to arrange for an interview and to tell the story of their own experiences. Interviews are conducted in the private Quiet Study. To learn more, please log onto their website at www.loc.gov/vets.

More Information about Veterans History Project interviews is available at Sedona Public Library. We have an informative pamphlet, and library staff members can answer questions and help to set up an appointment. These personal stories are an important part of our nation’s history and an invaluable family legacy!
