The St. Louis Mosaic Project announces a partnership with Rung For Women as its 49th Mosaic Ambassador Company. Rung For Women, founded in 2010, is a nonprofit organization that serves women who want to achieve holistic self-sufficiency and long-term family stability. Rung fills the existing gap for women who are in transition from poverty to sustained holistic success.
“Partnering with the Mosaic Project as an Ambassador organization is a natural because we are aligned in our desire to create community for women and their families,” said Lisa Weingarth, VP, External Affairs.
“We look forward to expanding our services to foreign-born women who need assistance in reaching that next level of success,” added Weingarth.
As a Mosaic Ambassador Company, Rung for Women will become a member of local ethnic chambers to connect with business owners from diverse cultural backgrounds. Rung also promises to provide diversity and inclusion training for employees and celebrate multicultural events and holidays. They have committed to partner with the International Institute and other ethnic groups to share information about Mosaic programs and designate a marketing resource to look at special offerings for new growing ethnic customers. In addition, Rung will support the Mosaic professional connector program by helping foreign born work-authorized candidates to network.
