All exhibitors must be onsite and booths ready to open by 9:30am
Health & Safety
Castleberry Exhibitors and Staff must adhere to all local and state mandates during event.
Check In
Castleberry Registration is located at the event entrance, please see signs on site. Please stop by for booth number, parking pass, 2022 Artisan button and show details.
Canopy -FIRE RATED
All Tents and Canopies MUST be RATED  
"flame and or fire retardant or 
flame and or fire resistant."

  • "flame and or fire retardant or flame and or fire resistant."
This is a standard Certification that comes with most canopies.
  • If you have treated your Tent or Canopy with flame retardant spray bring the certification with you to the Show. Please be sure you have some kind of proof with you at the show, that your canopy is fire rated. This could be attached to the canopy (stamped, stitched, printed) or on your carry bag or in the printed documentation that came with the canopy when you purchased it. I suggest you contact the manufacturer and have them email you this proof or certificate.

Un-loading
  • Vehicles may drive onto the grass to unload, weather permitting.
  • Immediately after unloading Exhibitors must park in designated area towards the far end of the field - please see signs on site.
  • All booths are on (mostly) level grass.
Caution - wind
  • This venue is an open field park beside the ocean with exposure to wind. A single gust can ruin inventory and destroy canopies. Please be sure to bring both weights and stakes to secure your booth and canopy. 
  • Exhibitors MUST weigh down canopy and booth.
Parking
  • Exhibitor Parking is located within the center of the event behind all booths, weather and space permitting.
  • Vehicles will be parked in for the entire day.
If you need to leave during show hours you
MUST park at the far end of the field.
  • Local Ordinance requires any vehicle with an engine to be 20 feet from any canopy.
  • All Exhibitors must park in designated area during show hours.
  • We must leave the closest parking for shoppers.
  • Cargo Trailers can be dropped at the far end of the field - please see signs on site.
  • No Overnight Camping allowed.
Food
  • Free Coffee & Snacks will be provided on Saturday until 9am. 
  • There are NO local convenience stores or restaurants nearby. Please plan ahead and bring food and plenty of water for yourself.
Toilets
  • Portable Toilets & Wash Station are located across from the parking lot, near the building.
Electricity
  • There is NO electricity available at this venue. 
ATM
  • There is no ATM on site. The closest ATM is located at the convenience store about 3 miles away.
Security
  • Security will be on site at 8:00pm on Friday and remain until 6:00am on Saturday. Security will return at 5:00pm Saturday and remain until 7:00am Sunday. 
  • Security is only a deterrent. We are not responsible for loss or damages. 
  • You MUST cover/enclose your booth at closing each day. 
Sales Tax
  • Massachusetts Sales Tax is 6.5%
Trash
  • All exhibitors are responsible for removing their own garbage.
  • Please DO NOT use Trash Cans on site, these are for our shoppers. Kindly dispose of all garbage into the dumpster located next to the Portable Toilets, across from the parking lot, near the building.
  • Please make sure to clean up after the show, leaving your space as you had found it.

  • All Food and Specialty Food Vendors must obtain a permit from the Brewster Health Department. If you have not already done so:
  • Print and complete this Form: Brewster Health Permit
  • Mail completed form and fee $30.00 (per/permit) to:
