Printing Services

Purchasing is developing a solicitation for printing services countywide. For departments that would like to be involved, please send an email containing the following info: Printing items currently used, point of contact for department, current suppliers used.

Examples of items that would fall under this solicitation include envelopes, business cards, 3-part carbonless forms, special mailers, banners/signs, etc.

Please have one point of contact per department to minimize duplicate responses. Please send emails to jared.graham@pinal.gov.

Volunteers Still Wanted for 1891 Courthouse
Historic Florence Home Tour - Saturday, February 11th
On Saturday, February 11th, the 1891 Courthouse will once again be a part of the Historic Florence Home Tour.

We are still looking for volunteers for the 10 am to 1 pm shift (one), and the 1 pm to 4 pm shift (two) to be positioned at various points within the Courthouse.

Peralta Regional Park Trail Naming Contest Winners
Pinal County Open Space & Trails received over
300 trail names during the Peralta Regional Park trail naming contest ahead of the park's opening.

Ten winners were selected from the 25 employees who participated in the contest. Winners will receive a day-use certificate and be contacted via email by OST staff to claim their prize.

Need an update made to your department's webpage?

Submit a ticket through the Helpdesk eForm located on the Intranet. Once logged in to the 'Self Service Ticket' portal, select 'Website Update' as the ticket type. Once your request is submitted, Communications and Marketing staff will update your request and contact you if there are any questions.

Please note, to view status updates regarding a previous ticket, you must log in to the ticket portal and search the ticket number.
To view samples of County apparel, feel free to pop by the Communications & Marketing Office in the 1891 Courthouse between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday to Friday.
