Integrated Health Resource Team (IHART)

Felton’s Integrated Health and Resource Team (IHART) was honored with a ribbon-cutting ceremony presented by the city of Vallejo! IHART was joined by Vallejo City Mayor Robert McConnell, Solano County Supervisor Erin Hannigan, Council Members Rozzana Verder-Aliga, JR Matulac, Mina Loera-Diaz, along with many more.

August Jean is the Clinical Care Manager for Felton’s early psychosis programs (re)MIND® and BEAM in Alameda County. Part-time therapist and part-time case manager, August uplifts people with psychosis by providing therapy and essential resources.

The Marin office will be hosting an open house on May 23, from 2:00-5:00 pm and the San Mateo office will be hosting an open house on May 30, from 5:00-7:00 pm.

Felton’s Young Adult Court Featured in the Green Bay Press Gazette

The Green Bay Press Gazette article about Wisconsin’s first Young Adult Court, highlighted the fact that the court diversion program was modeled on Felton’s YAC program, and spoke about the Bay Area program’s high success rate.

AQCRT provides a 24/7 community response to low-level, non-life-threatening 911 calls in collaboration with the City of Antioch, the Antioch Police Department, and local community-based organizations. Our trained staff provide community members with mental health support, service linkage, and lifesaving skills.

Bay Area Fox 2 KTVU News featured a story on the Angelo Quinto Community Response Team as it marks its one-year anniversary! The video featured interviews with the mayor of Antioch and members of AQCRT who spoke about the program’s success.
