A big thank you goes out to Lynn and Katy Manck for repairing the Free Little Library. They replaced the post, and the books are back in their rightful place. They also established it in a more accessible location. Thank you for your willingness, time, and hard work!

We had two days of power washing at the church. Jimmy Howell, Erik Sandvik, Allan Peters, and Joyce Sandvik cleaned the front portico, sidewalks leading to the parking area, fellowship hall, the back walkway, and the sidewalk near the community garden. The concrete was gray-black, and now it sparkles in the sunlight. Thank you for all your work getting equipment there and tag-teaming with the work load.

Grace Presbytery meeting will be held in Denton on May 4th at St. Andrew Presbyterian Church.

Session has approved the sanctuary and chapel for locations for gathering

Your eclipse glasses can help others view safely! Please drop off eclipse glasses in the Narthex or Fellowship Hall by May 15, when Katy Manck will mail them to AstronomersWithoutBorders.org, which will safety-test & distribute glasses to school groups, including those in South America where an annular eclipse will be visible this fall. Ask your neighbors, school & others - the more glasses that we can keep out of landfill, the better!

The Discernment Process - Invitation

Session invites you to join them after each Sunday worship service for a casual 45-minute discussion on the book Sailboat Church by Joan S. Gray. We will meet to review the book till Sunday, May 12. If you need a book, let the church office know.  Pastor David will guide us as we seek to Rethink our Mission and Practice at St. Andrew Presbyterian Church.  Please sign up in the Narthex. Call Pastor David with questions.
