Side 1: What's New

Activities & Registration


  • Added a security feature when product barcodes link from an emailed receipt.
  • When adding a Pricing Option during the creation of an Advanced Activity, it now shows as a full page instead of a pop-up which was causing some issues.
  • A fix was issued for the duplicate name on the Additional Registration Info page on both the management and public sides.


Accounts


  • We have hidden the Facility Renter Type on the member info screen for members under the age of 18.
  • A fix was issued for account credits not calculating correctly when the amount is an uneven number.


Memberships


  • A fix was issued for an error when registering for memberships with a grade range.
  • We clarified the explanation on the Q mark on a membership length (next to the drop down menu for Extension or Payment Plans) that the start date of the interval will be based on the selection of date.


Facilities & Reservations


  • The hours on the customer email receipt for a reservation is shown in HH:MM format. We added verbiage to the q mark on the print/email bill screen and the ** on the printed/emailed bill in regards to billable hours to better explain 15-min increments.
  • An error was fixed when booking a facility with per day options on set blocks if they have the minimum required hours.
  • The facility list icon on the public side Facility List by Type page was missing, and has now been found.


Reports


  • We added a column that totals the time between Sign In and Sign Out on the Activity Digital Sign In/Sign Out report.
  • A new Recurring Issues report for Payment Plans.
  • When exporting an activity roster, if there are no questions attached to the activity, you now see a line to each option to explain that there are no questions/dynamic forms/member questions/custom forms attached to the activity.


Misc


  • UPS came out with a new security model, and we made a re-write to the UPS address validator to enhance the overall security, reduce fraud and provide enhanced API capabilities within the system.
  • Verbiage has been changed on the management side on all applicable gateway payment pages to read "The cardholder has agreed that the card information entered above will be stored securely on the gateway for the purposes of this payment and any future payments they approve."
  • Increased security on public pop-up pages.
