You’ll need to:
  • Re-enroll in Online Banking OR Mobile Banking. The same credentials work for both. (Username & Password)
  • Download the NEW Mobile App. (See instructions below.)

We sincerely thank you for your patience and understanding during the system upgrade. We prepared, planned, and communicated for months leading up to the upgrade in hopes of reducing member inconveniences. But unfortunately, a few things happened earlier than we communicated, and we were just as surprised and caught off guard as you were. We realize this was a huge inconvenience for many of you, and we sincerely apologize. Thanks again for your membership and your patience and understanding this past week.

DOWNLOAD THE NEW MOBILE APP

Android Users: When you go to download the NEW Online Banking App the old app might appear first. Scroll down until you see the NEW Online Banking App. Look for the image above referencing AMI, Inc.
 
Apple Users: The NEW Online Banking App is available in the App Store. The old app should not appear but if it does, look for the app that has not been previously downloaded or the one referencing AMI, Inc.
ONLINE BILL PAY


On Thursday, May 5, you’ll have access to and be required to re-enroll in the NEW Quaker Oats Online Bill Pay. You’ll also need to re-enter all payees.

DEBIT CARD

If your Debit Card is not working properly, please contact the credit union.
LOAN PROCESSING

We will resume processing loans on Thursday, May 5th. Please use the NEW secure and convenient Online Loan Application.

LINKED ACCOUNT

If you previously had a joint account linked to your Online or Mobile Banking Account, please follow these steps to relink the joint account.

  • Enroll YOUR account in Online or Mobile Banking.
  • Enroll the joint account in Online or Mobile Banking. Example: For a joint child account, you will need to enroll this account in Online or Mobile Banking.

After you have enrolled both accounts in Online or Mobile Banking they should automatically link. Please contact the credit union if you experience any issues.
E-STATEMENTS

If you were previously enrolled in eStatements, you will automatically be re-enrolled once you log in to the NEW Online Banking or Mobile App.

TRANSACTION DELAYS

TRANSACTIONS COULD BE DELAYED UNTIL 6/15
 
Account Balance: Until June 15, please continue to manually track your account balance because the balance reflected in Mobile and Online Banking may be incorrect because of delays. Failure to keep track of your account balance could cause you to overdraw your account and incur fees. 
 
Transfers using Debit Cards: Until June 15, transfers made using your Debit Card could be delayed. To avoid any inconvenience, we strongly encourage members to make transfers well in advance of needing those funds. 
 
Transfers using the Mobile App: Until June 15, transfers made using the Mobile App could be delayed. To avoid any inconvenience, we strongly encourage members to make transfers well in advance of needing those funds.
