Last Day of School for Grades K-11
Year-End Check Out
Seniors’ last day of school is 6/10
Danielle Lopez has scheduled an individual check-out appointment time with each senior between 6/1 and 6/10. They have received an email outlining what items they need to have completed. During this appointment, seniors will receive their cap and gown package, picture order information and instructions for graduation rehearsal. It is important that all seniors return library books, athletic uniforms, band and choir materials and laptops no later than 6/10/21 to avoid being charged for these items.

Grades 7-11 last day of school is 6/17
All library books, athletic uniforms, band and choir materials and laptops must be returned this week to avoid being charged for these items.

Laptop Returns and Textbook Buyback
Will be handled in the MPR lower parking lot from 10:00 am-2:00 pm on Tues 6/15 – Fri 6/18. (Exception: Seniors must return their laptops to the technology dept by 6/10 as noted above). Please read the following instructions before returning textbooks and laptops.
Textbook Buyback
For textbook buyback and online bookstore management, BCS partners with BNC Services. Families can prepare their textbook returns at home, and then either mail them to BNC Services or simply drop them off at the school for shipment during the scheduled drop off times. A check from BNC services will be mailed once your items have been received and processed.

  • Go to Online Bookstore
  • Go to Menu, select Sell Your Books
  • Review book condition guidelines
  • Log in or create an account, enter ISBN book information and bring books and quote to school for EZDrop between10:00am-2:00 pm on Tues 6/15 – Fri 6/18. *Please be sure to bring your printed quote*. BCS will mail the books. A check will arrive in your mailbox within two to four weeks.
  • Save your login information if you want to purchase books using this method for fall.

Families may donate textbooks to the BCS Library. Your donations of unwanted textbooks make a difference. Thanks to the families who donated last year, we added extra textbooks to classrooms and sold the rest, which added almost 70 books to library shelves that we could not have bought otherwise. Donation bins will be located outside the library and in the MPR during the last week of school.
Laptop Returns

COVID-19
If your child tests positive for COVID-19, please call our Attendance Line (425) 460-3321 as soon as possible. If the campus office is closed, please email clydehilloffice@bellevuechristian.org. Delayed notification complicates contract tracing, an essential step in stopping the spread of the virus.

Providing the school about 1) when symptoms developed, 2) the test date and 3) the results help us meet our notification requirements to King County Public Health. Thanks for your help in keeping us at zero community spread. We are grateful for you!
