Have you tried BodyPump™?


Offered twice a week in

La Plata, it’s the ideal workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit.

Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout.

You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.


During November, join us Monday and Thursday mornings at 6:00 AM.

Chicken Burrito Night



Ingredients:

2lbs of Chicken (or less)

1/3 Reduced-fat cream cheese

1 TBLSP White wine vinegar

1/4 cup Cilantro

2 TBLSP Garlic salt

1 4oz Can of green chiles

1 Packet of green enchilada sauce

1 Pack of mission carb balance tortillas

1 Cup of fat-free mozzarella

Instructions:

1) preheat oven to 375 degrees

2) Cook chicken in a skillet or however you prefer with garlic salt

2) mix cooked chicken in with all ingredients (except for the tortillas)

3) spray a baking sheet

4) measure out 3 oz of the mixture into each tortilla and lay flap down on a baking sheet

5) once all filled tortillas are on the baking sheet, spray lightly with olive oil spray, sprinkle with extra cilantro and extra green enchilada sauce if you’d like.

Bake 10-15 minutes until tortillas are golden.
