Join us for a fun outdoor movie night on March 4th at the Roadium! We will have several food trucks providing diverse meal options for everyone.
There will be plenty of room for the kids to hang out with their friends during the movie.

JEFFERSON BOOK FAIR
FEBRUARY 25 - MARCH 4

This year we will be having a Student Only Book Fair, since we still continue to have limited volunteers on campus. Our book fair will be open to students only.
There is an e-wallet option available for those who want to use it. The e-wallet will work like a gift card, you can put money on to an account and that can be spent on anything at the book fair.
Compared to previous years, the fair will only be open during school hours. Students can shop at the Book Fair during their regular library time. In addition to this, each grade will have at least one day to shop during recess and lunch (Monday 2/28: 1st grade; Tuesday 3/1: 3rd and 4th grade; Thursday 3/3: 5th grade; Friday 3/4: 2nd grade

To purchase the yearbook:

Go to https://buytheyearbook.pictavo.com/

Select the school or enter the school ID: 703663.
- Select "Buy the yearbook" link or press the Yearbooks option

Enter the student information on the next screen
- Click Add to Cart.
- Enter your (parent) information at checkout.
*** Yearbook early-bird price is $25 until April 4th, 2022. After that date, the price will be $30.
To upload the photos:

Go to https://buytheyearbook.pictavo.com/

Select the school or enter the school ID: 703663.
- Select "Share your pictures" link or press the Pictures option
- You will be asked to log in or create an account. If you uploaded the photos last year, use the same account.
- Upload the photos to your student's folder.
*** Limit is 5 photos per family, please. We are accepting photos through April 1st, 2022.

To purchase a Dedication:

Select the school or enter the school ID: 703663.
- Select the "Ads" option in the middle
- Select the option: 1/2, 1/4 or 1/8 page, enter student information and select the grade. Click Add to cart.
- You will be asked to log in or create an account. If you uploaded the photos last year, use the same account.
- Once you have purchased the dedication page, you can login to your account to design the ad and upload the photos. You can design your dedication page from scratch, or use the professionally created templates, add text, shapes and accents!
*** Please upload high resolution pictures!!

The deadline to submit your design is March 17th.

It’s that time of the year again!
We are providing pages in the Yearbook for parents, grandparents, siblings, aunts, uncles, friends, etc. to send a special note or words of encouragement to our students, teachers, and staff members.
Love notes will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis for $3 starting NOW through April 1 at 2:30PM.

Please make sure you proofread your message before sending. Please stick to 140 characters or your message may be truncated.
Space is limited, So get them early!

PROPOSED SLATE OF OFFICERS FOR THE 2022-2023 SCHOOL YEAR

On March 15 we will have the next PTA General Association meeting. The meeting will begin at 8:30AM and will be on Zoom and possibly in-person as well.
All PTA Members are invited to participate. During the meeting, we will hold elections for the 2022-2023 PTA Board.
This is the proposed Slate of Officers for the 2022-2023 school year. Additional nominations from the floor will be accepted during the meeting.

ONLY 27 PTA MEMBERS away from reaching our overall goal of 790 members! If we reach our overall goal, our PTA will receive an award.
