Salvaterra's Gardens
I don't know about you, but in our family we believe an Easter ham needs to be accompanied by a stellar slaw.
Whether it's a traditional creamy coleslaw or a crunchy vinegar based slaw you crave, Scholl's has your cabbage needs covered! Not to mention their Evercrisp apples are perfect for a simple slaw with cabbage, apple cider vinegar, maple syrup, a little whole grain mustard and some chopped nuts, carrots or raisins (or all of the above).

Note: Scholl Orchards is going through some tough times these past few weeks, running their frost dragon through the fields nightly, in an effort to protect the delicate peach blossoms. We're all sending positive vibes their way!

Flour Shop Bakery has their limited edition Ukranian Paskha Bread for your Easter festivities! And cute buttery cut-out cookies sprinkled with sugar.

Hosting an Easter brunch? How about a scrumptious Flour Shop quiche, brimming with fresh local eggs, cheesy goodness, and lots of fresh veg?

Confession: As your market manager, I'm not sure how I've missed the English Muffin Bread at Flour Shop all these years? Oddly enough, it was my brother (who lives in Boonton NJ!) who urged me to try it. So last week I grabbed a loaf. All I can say is WOW, where has this crispy crunchy toasted goodness been all my life? Filled with nooks and crannies, it put's Thomas to shame. It makes fabulous toast - perfect for slathering with butter and your favorite jam or honey. And I'm told that it also makes a killer French Toast!
Cody's Eats & Sweets
You've experienced Cody's savory tomato pies and given them two thumbs up. Well, hop on over to the sweet side this weekend and try his handmade chocolate peanut butter eggs. ***Limited supply.*** Stop by early and fill your baskets before the Easter Bunny gets there!
Roastwell Coffee Roasters
Did last weekend's showers keep you from enjoying Roastwell's delectable Peep Latte? Well, you're in luck! Due to popular demand, Roastwell will be offering a second chance to indulge in this seasonal delight at Saturday's market. Don't miss your opportunity to savor the sweet, marshmallowy goodness of our limited edition Peep Latte. Do you know what's 100% bonkers? The markets are about 6 weeks away! Before you can say Westie the Woodpecker (say it 5 times fast) we're going to be out at Scott Park hurling tents around, taking pictures of the sun rising over the rivers, filling our bags with fresh produce, eating Loriann's infamous collard greens, and dancing outside of Paxinosa.

To get you all excited and hyped up for the 2024 season, we'd like to invite you to attend our Volunteer Night whether you are a seasoned volunteer or looking to engage! Please bring a friend or relative to enjoy light snacks and drinks, information about all the ways to get involved in GEDP's programming as a whole, special events, meeting other volunteers and GEDP staff, and signing up for volunteer opportunities for the year!

Kindly RSVP by Monday April 1st if planning to attend, and the number of folks you plan to bring.
