Here at Heart of Virginia Council, we are grateful every day for the fine folks who give of their time, talents, and energy to help us provide a program our youth deserve. Whether you're a parent or guardian helping to set up or tear down event, a special guest sharing their expertise at a meeting, a uniformed and trained adult leader planning and executing adventures, a camp activity coordinator, a grounds keeper at one of our properties... large or small, the list goes on and on, and your contributions to Scouting in Central Virginia is priceless.
