Board Briefs-February 19, 2020
President Donna Harran noted that many homeowners have paid the Special Assessment in full which allows all projects to move forward as planned which includes continuation of the North Entrance work already underway. The accounting firm will contact the remaining residents who have not paid to remind them they must select an option to pay.

The monies cannot be transferred until owners make their first payment option.
