Units who reserved Camp Cards can pick them up tomorrow (SATURDAY, 3/23 from 9 AM - 11 AM) at the Customer Service Desk at the Council Leadership Center at 8090 Villa Park Drive, Henrico. Normal pick-up times are Monday through Friday from 9 AM - 5 PM. There are now less than 5,000 Camp Cards available... they're going fast! Visit our website NOW to reserve your cards. The Camp Card fundraiser is a great way to fund your Summer adventures!

Cub Scout Program Changes Orientation: March 27th

Changes are coming to the Cub Scout Program and, on Wednesday, March 27th at 7:00pm at the Heart of Virginia Leadership Center, there will be an Orientation Session for Roundtable Commissioners, Staff and the individuals who have been identified in each district who will either be a trainer or resource for units on the Cub Scout Program changes are encouraged to attend. The session will be 45–50 minutes long and will provide an overview of the new program that is rolling out on June 1, 2024.

Cub Family Camporee: May 3rd - 5th | |
This May, spring into a weekend packed full of fun activities and family memories at our Cub Family Camporee! Cast your lines and reel in the big one, test your aim and precision with archery and BB's, and express your creativity with crafts. Fearless 4th and 5th graders will conquer the heights of our climbing tower! Set-up camp on Friday, check in on Saturday, or just come for an action-packed day; the choice is yours. Venture out for a weekend full of bonding, laughter, and epic adventure!

National Youth Leadership Training: June 9th - 15th | |

National Youth Leadership Training (NYLT) is a week-long course, held at Cub Adventure Camp, that focuses on leadership development. It is the youth-led version of Wood Badge. Graduates learn leadership through proven training techniques and methods tuned for the youth of today. NYLT is “Fun with a Purpose” using games and hands-on experience to teach relevant skills! Learn the concepts of what a leader must BE, what a leader must KNOW, and what a leader must DO.
