An Easter Offering

Very early on the first day of the week, when the sun had risen, Mary Magdalene, Mary, and Salome went to the tomb with spices to anoint him. They had been saying to one another, “Who will roll away the stone from the entrance to the tomb?”

Jesus, wake me up this morning. I have my doubts and these spices. Do not let me stumble because I cannot see all the steps along the way to the end. Set me on the path. Grant me faith to follow and to follow through. Amen.
