Jewish Pro-Life Foundation Newsletter 21 April 2023 - 30 Nissan 5783

Elevating Minds and Hearts with Pro-Life Education

✡︎ Shalom and Good Shabbos, Friends ✡︎

We're in the midst now of the 49-day "Counting of the Omer" retracing our ancestors' seven-week spiritual journey from the Exodus to Sinai. We embrace this special opportunity for spiritual renewal individually and as a 'nation of priests,' strengthening ourselves to overcome the challenges to life now and in the future.

This week's Torah portion, Tazria-Metzora, Leviticus 12:1–15:33, describes how to restore spiritual purity after exposure to various kinds of impure elements within the physical plain of existence.

A collaborative academic Israel/American progressive feminist attack on God, Torah, and babies occurs at NYU Law School on April 26, 2023. The organizers of this event could use a thorough cleansing!

This event and all the money and influence supporting it in both countries strengthens our commitment to continue our work here and bring our mission to Israel. Far from being discouraged, we resolve to make our public defense of innocent, defenseless, guiltless human life in the womb more persistent and persuasive!

Our friend, Binyomin Feinberg, posted to our blog this week, reflecting with his customary eloquent, scholarly style on policies here and in Israel and how Jews in the Diaspora play a significant part in the spiritual renewal of humankind.

Our newsletter closes with with 2 amazing posts from Pro-Life Warriors Facebook page!

We have a special guest on our next show from Jerusalem on Tuesday, April 25th @ 9:30 am ET. We met Barbara from Harlem in Queens, NY. Barbara is a dynamic inspirational speaker, patriot, activist and author. Details to follow in next Monday's newsletter!

Welcome and thank you to our new subscribers and donors.

Israel Pro-Life Education Project Update

We are working to bring our educational mission to Israel, in the form of the Israel Pro-Life Education Project, that will inform and transform Israel into a life affirming Jewish society inspired to protect unborn children and their families from the death and destruction of abortion. We need to pay a digital marketing company in Israel to build a Hebrew website and Hebrew social media platforms, translate our English memes and educational materials into Hebrew and manage the media campaign for a six month period until these funds can be raised in Israel. If you would like to learn more about how to help us with this project, please call Cecily at 412-758-3269.
