MONDAY, JANUARY 1 - MONTHLY MLS TECHNOLOGY FEE INVOICING

MLS technology fee will be invoiced on Monday, January 1, due Thursday, January 25. REALTOR® memberships not renewed by Dec. 31 will be terminated along with REALTOR® MLS membership.

*Automatic payment not available for dues renewal

2024 DUES RENEWAL TIMELINE

• December 1 - 31, 2023 - $50 late fee applied to 2024 Annual REALTOR® Dues payments
• January 1, 2024 - Unpaid members are terminated
• January 1 - 15, 2024 - $100 reinstatement fee applied to 2024 Annual REALTOR® Dues payments

Dues can be paid by check or credit card. Pay online through member account or emailed invoice by a credit card or electronic check. Checks are accepted by mail or in-person (drop box located to left of front door). Dues and late fees are non-refundable once paid.
