IN-PERSON
CHRIST-CENTERED YOGA FOR WOMEN
Nurture your body, mind, heart and spirit.
Be still. Breathe. De-stress. Connect.
What is Christ-Centered Yoga?
The word yoga originates from the work “yuj”, which means to yoke, join, or bind together. It is often interpreted as "union" or a method of discipline. As such, it is a practice that brings unity and harmony to the body, mind, heart, and spirit.
Christ-centered yoga transforms yoga from a physical practice into a full-body worship experience that nurtures the soul. By integrating yoga postures, controlled breathing techniques, uplifting music, meditation on Scripture, and prayer, you will enter into a full-body worship experience while helping you experience healing and wholeness in a unique and powerful way.
