On Saturday, July 8, the "Agents for a Change" group, along with families from the Club, successfully organized a beach cleanup in Colonia "La Playa," within our municipality. Through their continuous efforts, they effectively raised awareness about waste generation and, importantly, prevented it from reaching the sea.

We are immensely grateful for the collaboration and support of ZOFEMAT Los Cabos, Cruz Roja Los Cabos, and Liga MAC A.C., who played a vital role in making this cleanup possible. Their generous assistance to the community of the Club is truly commendable

On July 21, 2023, we celebrated the successful completion of the "Agents for a Change" program, a group of outstanding individuals who are part of the Boys and Girls Club of B.C.S. The graduation ceremony was a heartfelt event, where we recognized and honored these remarkable students.

We couldn't be prouder of our students, as they have not only grown into inspiring leaders but have also developed invaluable skills that will undoubtedly make a positive impact in their communities, families, schools, and neighborhoods. The future shines brightly with their unwavering commitment and dedication.

Congratulations to all our Agents for a Change! Your passion and determination are a true testament to the incredible potential of the youth we serve.

On July 24, we had the honor of hosting a special visit from the Solmar Foundation. Their team came to our facilities to gain insight into our work and to introduce their new director, Griselda Torres. The visit was made even more delightful with the presence of esteemed guests, including Mauricio Salicrup, Director of Operations Grupo Solmar and President of the Hotel Association, along with Ana Lilia, General Manager of the Boys and Girls Club. Also present were dedicated members of the Club's team, Mauricio Balderrama and Ivan Bautista, both serving as board members.

It was a fantastic opportunity for us to strengthen our collaboration and work together towards a brighter future for the children we serve.

With immense gratitude, we thank Biologist Giovana Bastida for her invaluable contribution to our Nutrition pillar. Together with our youth group, Giovana's dedication resulted in the creation of a watering system that kickstarted our garden's production.

To celebrate the XV Anniversary of the Boys and Girls Club Tijuana, representatives from different clubs in the country gathered on July 20 to accompany them in such an important event of the pioneer campus of our model of care for children, of the 14 clubs that currently exist in Mexico.

Recently, we had the pleasure of welcoming Miriam García, Deputy Director of Indem from the City Hall of Los Cabos, to our facilities. We extend our sincerest thanks for her visit and the warmth she brought to our organization!
