Two years into the pandemic, we're still getting our heads around vaccines, huge increases in house prices, gas, food and inflation.
Now comes a new budget, war in the Ukraine, economic uncertainty and the Bank of Canada increasing their rates.
I know right now it seems pretty awful, but there is always an upside to everything. Many home buyers made wonderful purchases allowing Sellers to move on, retire, downsize, move in with or helped their family.
The saddest thing of all is the fear the media puts out. We live in Canada and have weathered many storms. That's just life!
