On Reservations
We hope you're enjoying the new Reservation Income Report and Reservation Sales Report. Thank you for your thoughts on the new reservation process we have several new updates planned to address them.
What's New
Accounts

  • The cancellation process now refunds correctly if part of the payment was previously refunded.

  • The cancellation process now accurately shows refund if the cancellation fee exceeds either part of a split payment.

Facilities & Reservations

  • Reservations have been changed to produce one reservation per schedule in a single permit group using the same creation process as before.

  • The addition of optional document uploads to facility requests does not allow the bypassing of any required documents in the process.

  • Additional photos can be uploaded to facilities and areas from the Location Notes section.

Checkout

  • Global promo codes that apply after other adjustments (adjusted fee) apply like base-fee promo codes if there aren't other adjustments.

  • Double clicking Add to Cart or refreshing the page after adding a member to the cart will no longer add again unless multi-reg is on.

  • Double-clicking or other fun attempts in checkout no longer results in carting multiple add-ons, nor will they be required multiple times.

Reports

  • Reports for Income by Reservation and Sales by Reservation have been added in financial reports to show this data by facility.

  • The interior level of the Program Income Report draws its end time from the top level of the report to match.

  • The details level of the Program Payment/Balance Summary report has restored its Respect Separate Billing functionality for advanced activities.

  • The checkbox functions for showing question answers on the Access Scan Out report has been updated for better display.

  • All main reports have breadcrumb links for an easy way back to the report section you're in or back to previous levels from interior levels.

  • The name of links to all main reports matches the name of the report seen in the page title once in the report.

  • All main reports have help question marks on fields where needed to add information to what the filter does if needed (ex. date type).

And More

  • Column names in the membership autopay updates area reflect service fees instead of convenience fees in wording.

  • Email blasts By Activity sent specifically to teams can now include coaches, primary billing contacts, secondary guardians, & child members.

  • Coaches viewing public-side rosters can now use the single-member view/print option again.
