Worship with us Sunday Mornings!
The Letter to the Ephesians: Put on the Armor of God continued
There are seasons in life when it feels like everything, and everyone, is against us. We've all been there. Some of us may be there now.

But the good news is that in Ephesians, Paul tells us that Jesus gave us some tools to help us stand strong during these seasons. These tools are called the Armor of God. Last Sunday, we talked about the first -- the Belt of Truth. This week, we'll focus on the Breastplate of Righteousness and the Gospel of Peace, and how we can use these tools to stand strong in our faith.

Whether you're in one of those difficult seasons now or not, we hope you'll join us for this intentional and actionable series.
Callout Meeting for Prospective New Sunday School Class this Sunday
If you and your family are newer to HFUMC, or you just haven't found the right adult Sunday School class yet, Pastor Joshua will be hosting a meeting this Sunday at 9:30am in Fellowship Hall to discuss the opportunity of a new small group offering!

Over the COVID season, we have felt a nudge from God to explore this potential new Sunday School offering as a way to engage young adult singles and families (30's and 40's). We're excited to meet with any individuals or families interested. If you have questions or would like more information prior to Sunday, please contact Pastor Joshua.

Who's Invited: Rising kindergarteners through 7th grade

Hospital Appreciation: Your Gifts Matter
Since last March, HFUMC has been able to love on our hospital workers with drinks, snacks and personal protective equipment - all thanks to your continued love and generosity! In total, we've donated more than $7,000 of goodies and supplies. We recently caught up with some of the front line workers at TriStar Hendersonville, who wanted to share their appreciation with our entire congregation.
