We have an exciting summer planned for your children! Days will be filled with exploring, playing, and experiencing God's creation and all its wonder. We will utilize all of Trinity’s 40 acres including a beautiful traditional playground, our Creator’s Classroom, hiking trails, Little Menomonee Creek, historical grounds, open fields, and areas for planting flowers and vegetables. We’ll also enjoy visits to our school library, weekly indoor/outdoor chapel, and play in the school gym. Our caregivers will introduce new themes each month that will be reinforced through daily activities. Children will experience God’s goodness in exciting and Christ-centered ways!
What Our Day Will Look Like
- Children will be outside A LOT
- They will get dirty. Please dress your child in clothes you don’t mind them playing outdoors in. We will make sure that their bodies are clean and if necessary their clothes are changed before you pick up.
- Children will get to explore EVERYTHING the outdoors has to offer
- Hikes, sticks, rocks, bugs, dirt, worms, water, plants
- Rest Time/Down Time will be offered in the afternoon for all classes
- Length of time depends on class
- Devotions, Bible stories, Worship
- Themes and integration will follow caregiver's lesson plans
- Activities to be done both indoors and outdoors
- art/stories/games/dancing/songs/special guests
Supplies Needed:
- Weather-appropriate jacket
- Waterproof or water-resistant is preferred

Rain/Mud boots (or sandals that you don’t mind getting dirty)
- At least two sets of extra clothing
- Shirt, pants/shorts, underwear, socks
- Weather-appropriate

Rain pants
- Water bottle
- Will be kept at school
- Stainless steel is preferable as it keeps the water cooler longer

Cold lunch
- We will eat outside as often as possible
- Include a cold pack
- Include drink (no soda)
- No microwavable options
- Swimsuit, towel, and sunscreen
- You may provide a set that remains here or transfer them back and forth daily
- Suits left here will be sent home at the end of the week to be laundered
- Water play will be a daily offered activity as long as the weather is favorable
- Chapstick (optional)
- Hat or Sunhat
