Updated Caregiver Support Group Calendar!
|
|
Thank you to everyone for your patience over the past year in regards to having to move our caregiver support groups and consultations online. If nothing else, it did introduce us to another option for connecting with YOU!
Now that many of us have received the vaccination, we would like to resume in-person support groups and individual consultations with masks and proper social distancing.
CLICK HERE for our UPDATED SUPPORT GROUP CALENDAR!
We will continue online support groups the first part of the month (see below listings) and then meet on-site at the Edel Caregiver Institute the third week of the month. Dates will continue to be listed in the caregiver newsletter.
Caregiver Fellowship at the Wilmington Island Frank G. Murray Community Center is also returning monthly on the second Tuesday as noted below.

Have you ever left a doctor's appointment with more concerns or questions than before you went in?
Perhaps you felt rushed or were embarrassed, even hesitant to ask for more details?
|
|
Would you find it helpful if a doctor accompanied you and/or your care recipient to their next medical appointment to be an advocate on your behalf?
Project Sherpa's retired medical professional volunteers do just that at no charge! Your Sherpa will help ask questions and gather all the facts so that, together, you can make the best medical decisions for you, or your loved one's care.
CLICK HERE for more information or call our office at 912-629-1331.
