NFL Flag Football

Ages: 5-14

Skill level doesn’t matter when it comes to NFL Flag Football. Players have fun and are physically active through non-contact, continuous action while learning football fundamentals and lessons in teamwork.

Games are held at Clarence Hicks Memorial Sports Park.

NFL Cheer

Ages: 5-11

Our cheer programs develop, organize, and promote cheerleading and dance activities for our youth participants.

Summer program is run along with our NFL Flag Football leagues at Clarence Hicks Memorial Sports Park.

Track & Field

Our Rockford F.I.R.E. programs teach the fundamentals of track and field, recreation, nutrition, sportsmanship, and self-esteem building.

As you grow as a track and field athlete, you can advance to our higher level programs and participate in local, regional, and national competitions.

We offer Junior F.I.R.E. for ages 4-5, Rockford F.I.R.E. for ages 5-18, and Rockford F.I.R.E. Elite for ages 5-18.

Programs run in late spring and through the summer.
