Community association boards and managers are facing difficult decisions about opening some or all of their amenities after most have been closed since the COVID-19 pandemic shut down in March 2020.
Following are some resources for boards and managers to consider in making these decisions. Please keep in mind that standards and guidelines change from time to time and should be regularly checked for updates.
Most importantly, it is strongly recommended that before making any decisions on opening amenities that you consult with your association professionals for guidance including your attorneys, management company, insurance agent, and other vendors, as applicable.
