Cobblestone Court is a new home condominium community located in Woburn, MA and built by Seaver Construction. Our ability to continuously connect with a large prospect pool allowed us to leverage significant traffic and agreement conversions, in a so called down market. Simply put, our sales and marketing team has been successful connecting with prospects on-line and on-site. You can't just throw the listing on MLS to build a prospect relationship. Ignite significant interest in a property by connecting with prospects and your property will go viral. This creates a busy frenzy on site making prospects feel the urgency to compete for the little inventory in the market.
Always Be Connecting...It pays off when the buyer and new home sales team are ready.
New Homes: Always Be Connecting
As new home marketing, sales, and leasing professionals we are always connecting with prospects in several strategic ways.

We've been doing this for 20 years and when we hit slow spots in the market, we just keep connecting with our prospects and it pays off at some point.
  • Price - With higher rates, the home has to be priced perfectly gain prospect interest.
  • Positioning - Builder's where are your buyers coming from? We've noticed that are buyers are moving further away from the city to find value to offset interest rates. We've also noticed younger buyers getting into the market too. These changes affect the positioning of our marketing and shift how we connect with prospects.
  • Prospects - Continuously connecting with prospects as it relates to builder updates, financing strategies, incentives, and why your should buy now have been essential elements to our success. Continuously managing a larger prospect pool is critical even when things are slow because a shift can occur at anytime.
  • Product - Having a great product is critical. Showcasing the great product with drones, virtual walk-throughs, professional collaterals, and user friendly websites help us to continuously connect with our prospects is also critical.
Always Be Connecting....It pays off when the buyer and new home sales team are ready.
