The Ward Roney Jr. VFW Post 7511 of Monroe and its Auxiliary are excited to invite the Monroe business community to support the second annual Flags for our Fallen Golf Tournament, which takes place Saturday, October 8, 2022, at the Echo Falls Golf Club.
With the golf tournament now in its second year, the Post is seeking business sponsors to help build the event and establish it as a sustainable and financially impactful annual fundraiser. There is a broad selection of sponsorship levels to choose from, to help accommodate all budgets. Presenting Sponsor is the highest tier, and available for a $5,000 donation. Other tiers include Platinum ($1,500), Gold ($1,000), Silver ($500), and Bronze ($250). Each level offers different incentives, such as the opportunity to participate in the tournament (Presenting and Platinum), logo inclusion on promotional materials, shoutouts on social media, signage displayed at the event, and more.
Additionally, the Post is looking for businesses to sponsor Hero Teams ($600), which are made up of veterans, first responders, and their family members. Sponsoring a Hero Team gives our local heroes and their families the opportunity to spend a well-deserved day on the course.
In addition to sponsorships, the Post is happily accepting donated items for the tournament raffle.
