Zephyr Point Celebrates Earth Day!

This year, as we celebrate Earth Day, we're reminded of the pressing need to protect and preserve our planet for future generations. Earth Day, observed annually on April 22nd, serves as a global reminder of our collective responsibility to care for the environment. It's a day to reflect on the impact of our actions and to inspire positive change in how we interact with the world around us.

Did you know that with 99.994% purity, Tahoe Tap water has been voted the best tasting water in the country by National Rural Water Association? The DRINK TAHOE TAP initiative is designed to reduce the use of single-use plastics. You can help! When you visit Zephyr Point, there is no need to bring bottled water. Bring your reusable water bottle and fill it up often. Be sure to stay hydrated at higher elevations!

In honor of Earth Day, Zephyr Point will be presenting at the Annual Earth Day Celebration at Lake Tahoe Community College on April 27. We're thrilled to be part of this event, showcasing all that Zephyr Point has to offer. But that's not all—we're passionate about education and the environment, and our booth will highlight our commitment to both. We look forward to introducing Zephyr Point and its commitment to education and the environment to the local community.
