WINE WALL DONATIONS White or Red? Rose or Sparkling? Please donate a bottle or two (valued at or above $25) of your favorite variety for our Passport and Baggage Experience. As part of the Passport & Baggage, guests will randomly select a bottle from our wine wall to take home and enhance their viewing experience! Look for your Adventure Awaits crew at carpool drop-off on the mornings of March 29th and 30th. No need to park or exit your car - your donation will be received as you drive through the carpool! ADVENTURE SEEKERS NEEDED Your flight crew is in need of adventure-oriented items and experiences you can offer. Bring Adventure and Restaurant gift cards next Wednesday, March 31, to drop off and your Adventure Awaits crew will collect them from you.
Can you help us procure these items? Items can include: stand up paddleboard(s), surfboard(s) and lessons, yacht experiences, electric boat experiences, vacation rentals, hotel stays, air b and b gift cards, race car experiences, parasailing, electric bikes, children's bikes, and scooters, golf experiences, wine tasting, scuba diving experiences, snorkel equipment, jet experiences, car rentals, hiking equipment, and tours, white water rafting experiences, zip-lining, rock climbing, hot air balloon experiences, ocean kayaks, National and State park annual passes, sport stadium experiences, sporting event tickets, and skydiving experiences.
INTERNATIONAL CHEFS NEEDED Do you have an old family or favorite recipe you want to share with the world? We are seeking your recipes from near and far. All OLQA family recipes will be compiled into our Adventure Awaits cookbook. A special selection of recipes from every continent will be featured in our "Passport and Baggage" buy-in-experience. Please email your recipes to olqaauction@olqa.org. Submissions are due by April 12th.
PASSPORT PHOTOCALL We want to hear from you! Please submit a 10-15 second video telling us how much you love OLQA and what your children being in school means to you. As "Adventure Awaits" we also want to know where your family will go on their next adventure! Be creative-costumes, props and backgrounds encouraged. Please film in 4K or 1080, horizontally, and use good lighting. Please email your submissions by April 12th to olqaauction@olqa.org
