Dear Cromwell Community Members,

At the end of last year, Perkins Eastman completed the schematic design phase of the project. The committee is now reviewing the completed package and will apply any changes to the design development phase of the project.

The schematic design package will be used to develop a project estimate. The architect and the construction manager will develop independent estimates of the project’s total construction cost which will inform decision making in the design development phase.

The committee is hosting a virtual community update with Perkins Eastman to provide a presentation about the project, highlight the STEAM features of the building and answer questions from the community.
